Glen, a native of Lafayette, Louisiana graduated from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (USL) in 1985, where he received a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration. He then spent seven months as an Oil and Gas Lease Broker before joining Joseph C. Canizaro Interests in Lafayette.

In July 1987 Glen joined Property One, Inc. a full service commercial management, leasing and brokerage company and helped open their real estate office in Lafayette. He was responsible for leasing and brokerage of well over 4,000,000 square feet of office, industrial and retail properties throughout the State. During Glen's association with Property One, Inc. he successfully concluded over 3,500,000 square feet of lease transactions and commercial sales and was their top producer every year since the company's inception.

Glen remained with Property One for a period of 13 years before deciding to open his own real estate company to over-see assets acquired over the years and to perform specialized consulting. Champion Real Estate Services, LLC goal is to provide superior services. This was accomplished through selection of the best available people in the industry who enjoy the benefits of owning their own company.

Glen was the Jefferson Board of Realtors recipient of the 1987 Golden Sales Award and the 1989 Super Salesman Award. In 1990 and 1991, Glen received the Top Commercial/Investment Production Award presented by the Lafayette Board of Realtors. Glen has successfully closed in excess of $550,000,000 in commercial leases and sales in his career.

He is an active community participant and is professionally involved with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Network of Business Leaders (NOBL), Kiwanis of Acadiana, Lafayette Chamber of Commerce, and National Association of Realtors. Glen is married to the former Debbie Henderson and resides in Lafayette with their two children, Hayley and Blake.

Di Anne is a native of San Antonio, Texas and graduated from Pacific Western University receiving a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration. She spent several years as a Sales Administrator and Franchise Trainer in Rancho Cordova, California.

In 1981 she relocated to the New Orleans area and pursued a career in real estate appraisal and brokerage with the firm of Kuebel & Associates. In 1984 she associated with the real estate development company Lowe Investments and spent 10 years developing, managing and leasing commercial office, warehouse, retail and residential property in Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas, encompassing portfolios in excess of 3MSF.

In 1994 she associated with Property One, Inc in Lafayette with management responsibility for 2.1M square feet of commercial office property. Within 24 months, increased value of portfolio by 20%, completing 500,000 SF of tenant improvements and 10M in capital improvements.

1999 association with Stirling Properties, Covington, Louisiana as Director of Property Services for 8.1M SF of commercial retail and office properties demonstrating success in project management, property management and personnel training and development.

She is professionally involved in the Institute of Real Estate Management and International Council of Shopping Centers and currently serves as a Co-Chair for the IREM New Orleans Chapter on the Income/Expense Committee and Recruiting and Career Development Committee.

Di Anne is married to Franklin M. Hoffman Sr and currently resides in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Mike, a native of Louisiana graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1998, where he received a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics and a minor in Applied Business.

In June 1989 Mike joined Property One, Inc. a full service commercial management, leasing and brokerage company headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana. After five years with Property One, Mike attended Tulane University.

In February, 1999 after receiving his degree, Mike rejoined Property One, Inc. but this time in their Lafayette, Louisiana office where his duties included leasing and marketing of 1.3 million square feet of office and industrial properties. In the three subsequent years, Mike successfully concluded in excess of 957,000 square feet in office leases and commercial sales valued in excess of $53,000,000.

In June of 2001, Mike joined Champion Real Estate Services, LLC as Director of Leasing and Marketing.

Mike is married to the former Jennifer Hegeman and resides in Lafayette with their two children, Olivia and Christian.
