Champion Real Estate Services, LLC was founded by Glen M. Richard and Di Anne P. Hoffman in 2001, bringing approximately 40 years experience in the real estate industry. Since inception, we have grown to over 17 employees and have been awarded 20 contracts. Champion Real Estate is fortunate to attract some of the brightest, most talented professionals in the Lafayette market to negotiate leases and/or acquisitions, manage properties, projects, and construction, resulting in a foundation of capability and trust that inspires both loyalty and teamwork between employees and tenants/clients.
